Here
are before and after pictures of patients that I have
personally treated in
my office.
A big thanks to those pictured
below who kindly allowed me to use their before/after photos
for my website!

CASE 1A

Before

BEFORE
Our patient pictured above was unhappy with her smile.
She did not like the fact that her upper front teeth were worn
flat, and did not like the space between the two front teeth.

AFTER

AFTER
We restored natural beauty of
our patient's teeth with porcelain veneers on the six upper
front teeth. We were both happy with the
result!
CASE 1B
This case shows a smile that we improved by placing
new porcelain crowns and veneers on the front nine upper teeth.
Note how we improved the length of the upper left tooth,
third from the centre.

Case 1C
This patient was
unhappy with the appearance of her four upper front
teeth.
She did not wish
to have orthodontic treatment (see picture below).
BEFORE
The two upper front teeth were crowded out of their
normal position and were also tipped forward.

Before
Before

Before
With the amount of crowding and
rotation of the two front teeth, the only way to improve the
appearance of this nice patient's smile would be orthodontic
treatment or extraction of the two front teeth followed by the
placement of implants or a bridge.
Our
patient chose to have the two upper front teeth removed followed by
the placement of a bridge.
Below
are the after pictures.

After

After
We did a little reshaping of some of
the neighbouring teeth that were a little too pointy. The
final upper front brigdge is in place. A picture tells a
thousand words and this happy smile speaks for itself.
Case 2
This is a young woman who had one discoloured tooth
front and centre.

BEFORE

AFTER
We achieved the colour correction of this tooth by
whitening all of the teeth and then bonding a
single porcelain veneer on the discoloured tooth. There is
still a little bit of cement in between the two front teeth that
will be easily polished at a follow-up appointment.
Case 3
Here is another example of what changes can be made
with the use of dental porcelain. (veneers and a bridge)

Case
4
Below is a series of before/after photos of a
patient that I treated using a combination of porcelain crowns and
veneers. It was quite a transformation.

Case
5
The patient pictured below had old filling material
on her upper four front teeth. These teeth required porcelain
fused to metal crowns for maximum strength. Treatment
such as this can be accomplished in two appointments.

Case
6
This is a case I recently completed. This
patient had six front teeth that had old veneers and as well, the
four front teeth were tipped forward. This patient did not
wish to have orthodontic treatment. (see below):

BEFORE

BEFORE
Below are the after pictures. We placed 4 new
porcelain crowns on the four front teeth and porcelain veneers on
the third tooth from the front on each side. The four
front teeth are no longer tipped forward. The pictures speak
for themselves.

Case
7
Here is a case in progress. We have made a
nice improvement in our patient's smile but there is still more
treatment to be done.
Our patient gave us permission to use his photos,
as did all our patients pictured on our site.

This smile was enhanced with the use of porcelain
veneers in two appointments. The pictures speak for themselves.
We will be doing further treatment in other areas of the
mouth.
Case
8
The following patient came to our office for tooth
whitening. She also had one discoloured tooth as you can see
in the photos below.

BEFORE
I recommended to our patient that she could whiten
her teeth and also reshape her upper front two teeth, which
appeared to be slightly longer than they should ideally be.

BEFORE

AFTER WHITENING
I recommended our patient shorten her two upper
front teeth which was done in a few minutes, painlessly without
freezing. And lastly, tooth coloured filling material was
placed over the discoloured tooth. Below are the final
photos.

Note: The white discolouration on
the teeth is hypocalcification (areas of enamel lacking in
calcium) whichcannot be
corrected by tooth whitening alone, but could be
corrected by covering the discolored areas with tooth coloured
filling material or porcelain veneers. |
