Here are some before/after
photos of implant cases I have completed. In these cases I
have placed the implants personally and have provided the final
crowns/bridges as well.
Case
One
This patient had two have
several upper left teeth removed. Three implants were placed,
followed by the placement of permanent crowns.

Here are the final pictures. Note that the patient did not
wish to change the appearance of his front teeth.

Case Two
In years past, if a patient was missing all their
upper or lower teeth they were faced with a life wearing a full
removable denture.
Now patients have an option. In the upper jaw
6 to 8 implants can be placed and a permanent set of teeth can be
attached to the implants.
Our patient pictured below had 10 implants placed
by an oral surgeon (although I often place my own implants).
I made a temporary set of teeth (temporary bridge) that we
attached to the implants with 10 screws. The teeth can only
be removed by me and not the patient.
